The staff very friendly, professional & polite, keen to help & advised me regarding suitable tyres for my car. I redid my own front suspension with a friend and needed to check that my front wheel alignment was okay with my new setup. I took it to Rick's based on a bit of research and a few phone calls. Their pricing was great and I even got it cheaper than quoted over the phone (Probably because my wheels were fine, but I had to verify!) Highly recommend
