I'm really not happy with the Campbelltown branch... 1. Registered interest online, 2 days no reply. Called, and immediately was told which property (knowing without contacting) but needs to go to a meeting and ask to call back later, you don't have other people to answer the phone? 2. Called back another day, the person keep saying "...OK?...OK?" Not ok. 3. Only called close to 5:00 pm Friday to cancel next day's inspection giving "the house needs cleaning" as a reason. If knew earlier, could arrange other inspections on Saturday. 4. I said I'll be away in 12 days, still ask if 8 days later (weekend) is ok for an inspection, leaving only 2 working days before I leave. Really? 5. Do not want to arrange house inspection after 4:00pm. While other agents can arrange close to 5:00. 6. Need to call on the day to confirm I'm going. I said I'm definitely going, and was told need to confirm if the property manager is going... After writing all these, I'm finally not angry anymore...
