Being a skeptic when I first went to Sam, she completely changed my view on remedial massage. Being plagued for years with niggling back and knee injuries, I have a much better quality of life after only a few visits. Her skill and professionalism, matched with a warm and welcoming personality makes her a top choice.

I have been going to Sam for just over a year now for massage and reiki sessions and words cannot express how much better I feel after each and every one! You walk in feeling lethargic, unmotivated and generally "blah" and you leave feeling so much better physically, emotionally and spiritually. My muscle pain has considerably lessened and my flexibility hugely increased as a result. Go in with an open mind about it and you won't be sorry :)
