After paying for a package of 4 treatments, I was shocked when during the final treatment, laying half naked on the table, they insist I pay more to get the last part of the treatment completed to the same point as the rest I had already received the last 3 times. Even the manager who I ended up talking to on a mobile phone, while still sitting on the table with no pants on insisted I was wrong and that their system had no record of my complete list of areas being treated. They blamed the girl that no longer worked for the company for giving away 'free treatments'. I never asked for a free treatment or was even aware that their system wasn't updated properly. I was not given any options.
They lost an almost satisfied customer who was ready to spend another $1200 for another treatment package because they would honour a $50 difference to the expectation their employee had set. Really bad business sense. Clearly being run by a bunch of muppets.

I went to Results Laser Clinic at Wollongong for lip injections. It was my first time and I was so nervous. The staff was reassuring and explained everything thoroughly. The treatment itself was painless and i relaxed because of my therapist. She took her time to ensure i was at ease. I love the results and would be continuing my treatment!

I have had 6 treatments out of my package of 10 with Miriam at Results Laser and it has gone very well. Miriam is great at relieving any embarrassment the client may feel and she chats with you if you feel like it or stays quiet if you don't feel like talking much. The first 2 treatments were quite painful but since then as the hair has got finer, it has not hurt a lot. I go in about every 3-4 months at the moment. I think the company was recommended on A Current Affair. I would definitely recommend them. They use the GentleLase which is much more effective than the cheaper laser treatments (IPL I think) you see at some places.

I completed my course of hair removal through results and the service and professionalism was outstanding. The girls are always friendly and the results were amazing, I always rave to my friends about the benefits of laser hair removal and would trust no one else but Results. The price was very competitive and they were every flexible with appointments. I cant thank them enough for their service

I have been using their services for years. I used to go to an opposing service and found Results SOOOO much cheaper. What I was being charged hundred for at the other place, I am charged about $70 at Results. The girls there are very friendly and professional. I have had laser hair removal there on all areas of my body. I have also had some scars done as laser can assist with the healing process. They will be opening another outlet in Shellharbour soon. If you are used to laser, you know it hurts for the first few times but it gets better as your skin gets used to it. My friend used to get her whole body done there and she told me about Results.
