WORST HAIR REMOVAL CLINIC EVER!I booked for hair removal on legs and arms. The girl finished it in under 10 minutes. Even the spots that were hit with the laser, it did not lose any hair. When I called, they told me the girl used a lower setting than my previous times. I complained, and they got me to go there. They did just 10 shots and the other girl was so rude about it.. I complained to [redacted personal identifier]. I called and left 3 messages... I never received a call back... Disgrace.. [redacted inflammatory comment]

I trust them more than other clinics. they give advice and explain everything perfectly. their prices are sometime high but they have great specials every month.

Had to wait a short while after arriving at appointment time, service was fast, but the ladies at the Liverpool results laser clinic were more gentle and broke the ice better by light talking during my underarms + Brazilian hair removal. Overall, generally satisfied, anyhow.
