If I could give no stars, I would.
My mum passed away at the end of September 2015. She had death cover on her superannuation, which left the family entitled to a large sum of money. We have been sending them numerous forms, several pieces of identification, waiting on calls back and hearing nothing, being told that "the person who looks after these claims has been on holidays for a month", not knowing that they were waiting for further information until we called to find out the progress of the claim (this happened about 3-4 times) .. This has been going on for close to 5 months now, and the last correspondence with Rest was today - they have informed us that it's taking a while because "they've had a lot of claims.." and it will take approximately 2 more months to have HQ approve the amount paid. Each time they screw us around, it's just another reminder of the loss, could not be making it more difficult for a family who is already struggling with such a tough grieving period. At this rate, I can only assume that the 2 months will probably turn into 6 months, and I'm sure we'll be the ones chasing them up for more information over and over again. Evil corporation making as much interest off the money as possible.

I have been with Rest Super since I started working back when I was 18, I can really say that Rest is fantastic, the Customer Service team is really friendly, assertive, hands on and ready to help.

Because I have been with Rest for such a long time I really am happy that their call centre is still in Australia/Sydney and you do speak to a real person who does really speak English, and this is why I haven't rolled my Super to another fund, they are truly doing wonderful things all the time. I really feel at ease that I can speak to someone who understands me.

Many times they have assisted me in my Super enquiries and they help me find paperwork on the website that I may need, and any difficult questions that I have.
