They did not properly inspect the rental property. They would arrange for people to come to inspect the property, but they did not turn up. When the property had flood damage, they did not remedy the situation. They demanded the carpet be steam cleaned, but the steam cleaners insisted that they couldn't because it was already flood damaged and did not want to incur liability. But they still insisted the tenants pay for steam cleaning which could not be performed.
