Great service over the phone, received the towel rail really quickly. Great to do business with.

Delivery OK, but alas the bathroom heated towel rail legs that connect rail assembly to wall are not at right angles when holding screws are tightened before marking out fixture positions on the wall. If cannot resolve will not be ordering another that I had intended. Obviously a manufacturing lack of quality control not necessarily a fault of The Renovator Store.
