TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have used this company in the past when they were in the CBD. I had an urgent repair job to be completed so I made my way out to their Point Cook site. I got a quote for the work and it was due to be completed in a week. I mentioned that the deadline was very important. The work had still not completed after a week and it when it passed the due date, I rang and they told me it would not be ready for another many days. I told them that unfortunately I was out of time and had to leave, and would have to come and pick it up without the work being done. Staff replied without any apology and in a very dismissive manner 'fine come and pick it up'. I told her I was not at all happy about the work order or professionalism and she replied 'Whatever'.

If you need a tent, backpack, boots, or any other outdoor gear repaired, this is the place you need to come. They do repairs and warranty claims for Macpac and many of the big outdoor brands. The place is far from slick and won't find any fancy marketing materials but they are real specialists in their field. We have a lot of outdoor gear and wouldn't take it anywhere else to be repaired. They can also provide spare parts (eg buckles, straps, etc) if you want to do the repairs yourself or to have on you in case something goes wrong.
