RHW cleaned the outside of our house, including the garage and pergola. They did a great job especially given that our house has been on a dirt road for over 13 years and had layer upon layer of dirt. They turned up on time and Shane just got on with it and did the job. never stopped and was thoroughly soaked by the end of it. They sent a letter detailing what needed to be done before the job and explained everything over the phone. Best service i have had in a LONG time.

Truly wow! This has made our house look new! The service was prompt and polite and we communicated via SMS, phone and email with the staff. The biggest differences between this business and others we contacted were that they avoid chemicals where possible and they use brushes, not just a HPWC. The job was very thorough and I should mention that I have classic cream weatherboards which haven't been cleaned in 6 years, so the difference was amazing. We were about to buy a high pressure water cleaner (HPWC) to clean the exterior ourselves, but thought we'd look to see how much a professional clean was going to be. It was very good value so we'll probably do it every 12 months from now on. Note that mould (like that which falls from a nearby tree) will require chemical treatment and this might cost extra. Also, you need to remove flywire and other items if you wish for the clean to be more thorough and they don't clean the windows with squeegees, just the brush and spray, so there is some water residue. All this we were told of before we hired them so no surprises. I'm sure the spiders will make new homes very quickly, so I might have to look up a pest controller too!
