Experienced less than satisfactory customer service from the lady owner today, where she treated us in an aggressive, condescending manner. When we first entered the shop, we were served by the guy who was friendly and reasonable. We mentioned that last visit, I forgot to pick up my 2 cans of drink (in the meal deals) when leaving. Just to let them know, if they didn’t want to offer for me to take it this time, not too bothered. But the lady owner responded aggressively saying we didn’t order that deal, and acting like we were trying to rob her blind. Just because I value friendly and fair customer service, as much as quality, I would rather explore one of many other fish & chips around craigieburn.

I am happy to use Redfin if my normal fish and chip shop isn't open. I find the quality quite good, the service is ok but would prefer they look a bit happier to serve you

redfin make really yummy food. i loved their savs in batter, kids had nuggets and scoffed them! and my partner had a flake, he said it was really good! service was great, and i didnt have to wait very long at all for my order. nice clean shop also

Good variety of value packs for yourself or more. Nice and crispy, not too salty. Really nice flake. Will come again, service was great and order was ready in less than 10 minutes

Good quality fish n chips - a bit greasy though. Reasonable prices - meal value packs good value, friendly staff - good phone manner from person when I placed my order.
