Used their drive through for a Friday night family feed and was greeted by a very happy young girl who was so friendly and courteous with a GREAT attitude. (I think her name was Lauren) Every fast food place should have people like that serving customers! By comparison, last week we had KFC and the staff could barely manage a hello...not cool KFC. Anyway, Red Rooster chips are always good and we love their gravy.

I really enjoy eating at Red Rooster - love the chicken burgers... that is... when they have chicken!! this store frequently runs out of chicken and rolls. It is really disappointing to go to a chicken store to find out that they have run out of chicken!

I don't why I keep going back but the previous visit will definitely be my last.
Every time I go there, they stuff up my order, they leave things out of the packs or the food looks terrible. The staff are hopeless, always mucking around out the back (they think we can't see them) they are slow, forgetful and constantly make mistakes. They are all very young and there never seems to be anyone taking charge.

Recently my order was stuffed up very badly and I didn't realise until I got home so I rang the store. The manger of the store told me she would replace my order complimentary at another time to make up for it and asked me what I had ordered. The next time I went there to collect my complimentary meals (it was two meals) I did not receive the second drink. The manager then argued with me stating that I only ordered 1 drink not 2 originally and they were only going to replace one drink. I told her she had it wrong and that I had ordered 2 combos which come with 2 drinks. I did not get my second drink, she argued with me and refused to give it to me. This was supposed to be a complimentary order to make up for the bad service I got last time but she actually made this experience worse then the first. All over 1 can of drink.
