this isn't the best red rooster ive been to, probably in the worst top 3, the time I have been there I have either gotten cold food, dry food, or have to wait a while, a lot of room for improvement

This isnt our favorite Red Rooster in our area. There has been times the food has been cold and the vegetables have been almost raw/hard (in the baked dinner). I much prefer the Red Rooster at Cleveland.

Service is sometimes slow. Food is usually of good quality and standard. Staff and usually friendly and try to serve you as quickly as possible.

The food is always good, considering they never seem busy which is not usually the case. Highly recommended

I venture into Red Rooster a few times a week, I always find the staff to be very friendly and well mannered. Sometimes the chips aren't the best which often puts me off but the friendly service is a winner for me!

A long wait at the drive through and little staff acknowledgment. I wanted a specific family meal pack to enter a comp and they didn't put the competition entry in even though I specifically asked for it. The peas were a little over microwaved and the gravey was a bit lumpy, but the chicken was nicely cooked and the potatoes were fluffy. Was nice anyway.
