Wow. I was in disbelief when I saw the guys get a heavy sofa over a third level balcony!!! I rang up another removal company the day before and gave them the measurements and they just outright said "no, can't be done". I was so disappointed but then the next day I googled over the balcony and Red Carpet came up. I called Sam and texted him some photos of the house and he got back to me within 5 minutes saying it could be done :) And they're such friendly guys, it's always good to have a job done by people who actually smile. Very Impressed would not hesitate for a second to recommend them.

We were very impressed with Red Carpet Removals. Sam made everything a breeze for us, from the booking process to the move itself. On moving day the movers called ahead to let us know they were on their way and arrived on time. They walked through the house to plan which items to pack first. They took great care in wrapping furniture in blankets. They worked quickly, efficiently and nothing was too much trouble. We had a difficult move from Box Hill to Bacchus Marsh and decided on Red Carpet Removals based on their fantastic positive reviews. I must say I was very happy I went with them. I had Sam and Adam, who were very friendly, polite and nothing was to much trouble for them, they were so patient and just easy going guys. They dissembled and re-assembled our beds and reconnected our washing machine. No problems recommending Red Carpet Removals for anyone looking for a Furniture Removalist.

We knew that moving after 29 years in the same property was going to be a very difficult because we had a lot to move. The boys in Red "Our Little nickname for them" turned up on time, assessed the load and got straight into it. It took 2 Trucks 5 hard working guys to get us to our dream home. The guys from Red Carpet Removals were fantastic. Karl rang us in the afternoon that day with an estimated ETA before arriving, and they arrived on the minute. Karl, Abz and Adam were fast, efficient, extremely helpful and they all had a great sense of humour. This is our second time we have used their services and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We were very nervous about the idea of moving home because it was first home and we weren't sure what to expect. We called numerous Removalist but we found Sam from Red Carpet Removals the most genuine. I knew his team would provide us with excellent service and would look after all of our belongings. Red carpet removals came highly recommended to so we got them to move us from our home in Preston to Glen Iris. They were very good value went about there business without any mucking around. They were 100% professional when it came to packing and unpacking our stuff, and we were impressed with the equipment they used to ensure our furniture and breakables were well transported. Fantastic attitudes and all round great guys. Will be using them again for our next move, "If we decide to move again" would recommend them to anyone!

We used Red carpet removals recently for our house move. They were fantastic from the booking process to the actual move. The guys were efficient and we couldn't have asked for a better pair. By far the best Removalist we have used by a long shot. Sam & Adam were polite, punctual, quick and down to earth nice guys. They put up with my unusual request and bent over backwards to accommodate for us. Plan was to move only the bigger items but we ended up moving the smaller stuff as well because they were just bloody quick. Nothing was to difficult or phased them at all, I would highly recommend Red carpet removals without a moments hesitation.
