I have been here for both physio and pilates. I can highly recommend both the staff are caring helpful and knowledgable in their field. The pilates classes/programs are tailored to your individual injury/illness or to meet your own personal goals. Your physio is also tailored to meet your own personal needs. I suffered a back injury and these guys got me going again. As a Pt you are included all the way and your health is their priority. A small thing but something that I find fantastic is communication is via email or txt. Confirmation of your appointments sent via txt and receipts plans etc sent to your email.
