Avi Kumar the owner of RealtyMax purchased the house I was renting, I was told by the previous owner that Avi had no issues with resigning my lease but when the sale went through my children and I were given our 8 weeks notice to leave. I'm assuming it's because he wanted to take advantage of the housing crisis. My rent was $350 per week I offered $400 per week so my children and I would have somewhere to live. He refused, The property manager stating in an email that he'd already ordered building supplies and would not extend my lease, but he has done no work to the property (I have pictures from the day I moved out and the ones they have used to advertise it online) it's now advertised for $580 per week. I accidentally paid an extra weeks rent and they refused to refund it untill I vacated the property which I vacated on the 02/02/22 it's now the 14/02/22 and still have yet to process my bond refund or refund the rent that I accidentally paid. There was no entry report on the property and they know they have no right to my bond.
