Go beyond the call of duty when it comes to management of rental properties. Reasonable turnover of staff (mind you I've had minimal dealings with real estate agents so this might be common) so you tend to have to remind them of some things, as new staff might be handling the same issue. I've found them very good to deal with and they are quick to resolve any problems. Reasonably priced also.
