Cold pressed. Good quality honey in different flavours. Compared with blended supermarket syrupy stuff, expensive (but the money presumably is going directly to the bee keepers). Flavoursome and a superior eating experience. Hot crumpets with creamy unfiltered honey on top – very nice. Available from some farmers' markets.
