Gave my dog a Covid vaccination instead of a C5 vaccine then blamed me for the mistake and wanted to charge for the right vaccine. DISAPPOINTED

In response to my review earlier about the treatment about I received - you made it sound like I didn't like been told about my dog. The decision had already been made as you know, I was asking advice on how to go about it. I was shocked you would charge me for the advice. As you have shown again you are again insensitive. Maybe talk to the RSPCA about customer interactions as they were fantastic in helping us say goodbye to our loved family member.

My labrador is 2 years old and displaying symptoms of being pregnant, is tied and doesnt want to walk. I phoned the vet and explained I wanted the pregnancy confirmed as I have been told sometimes dogs display symptoms of a false pregnancy . It cost me $70 for a 2 minute appointment where I was told by the vet - 'she may be or she may not, wait and see if she has pups or not.' I asked if there was any special food I should give her and if she was pregnant how many weeks she could be - that is why I wanted it confirmed with a possible ultrasound. The vet was rude and dismissive and I felt annoyed I had to pay $70 for absolutely nothing when I told them over the phone what I wanted the appointment for. It was a complete waste of time and money. I will not be going back there.

David is a good vet. He is in an isolated area, where they are the only vet between Toronto & Morriset/Cooranbong they have it made. Jody is great. However, we had our dog there in 2007. We were told one quote, but one of the 'anti-biotic' had gone up in price. We were quoted with a higher bill. Not only that, despite our kids being involved in sport together, he never did us any favours (despite what I saw at our kids sport games - ie frontline samples). That's why I now go out of the area.

Rathmines vets have been looking after my old labrador Misty for 14 yrs . Shes had broken legs abscesses pancreatitis and countless other problems , i have always been amazed how caring, friendly and professional they have been. As she nears the end of her life i feel the need to show my heartfelt appreciation.
