I don't recommend them unless you have a very deep pocket!!! the manager was very smooth talking, Took my Renault Megane RS for a timing belt change, did my research for prices, and agreed on $1000.00. Read a fair few reviews how they rip off females and take the liberty to change parts, and charge without asking. The timing belt was done ,when I picked up the car , been told that the driving belt needs to be changed. I asked them to fix my high beam they did not. They took the driving belt off surely they could have changed it right there!!? Took the car back 2 weeks later,( I live Bathurst way 5 hrs drive back and forth) the manager was smooth and friendly, and they changed the driving belt, and I asked them to fix the high beam by changing the globe and check the wiring...15 min job. I also requested an oil change which they advertise for $150.00 on the website. When I picked the car up the overly smooth manager presented me with a $730.00 bill!!!! I was not happy he could not care less! For a maximum 2.5 hr job he slugged me for 730 bucks! Charged 350 for the oil change and charged $210.00 for checking basic stuff like lights ,oil pressure.... tyre pressure....everything that normally includes in an oil change anyway! He keeps talking himself up and the Lamborghinis and all poshy cars he services! Well I left with a bad taste and even as I was telling him that it was too much he just ignored me!! Thick hide!! As I have 2 cars I was going to take the other car to him as well.... not a chance in hell!!!! SO THEY OVERRATED SUPER EXPENSIVE AND SHIFTY!!! AND THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF, IF NOT THE FIRST TIME, THEN THE SECOND!! THATS NOT HOW THEY SHOULD DO BUSINESS THEY PROBABLY LOSE A FAR FEW CUSTOMERS DUE TO THEIR GREEDINESS!

I wish I would have read all these crappy reviews before I did any business with Ramspeed.

Originally, I was going to buy an M235i BMW and I asked Ramspeed to quote me on a plug and play module, which they quoted me at $1800. The following week, I decided to buy an M2 BMW and they quoted me for the same extra performance, $2700.

Three weeks later, my cousin bought an M2 BMW, and he asked for a quote. They quoted him $2000 for the same product.

Before anyone does business with these guys, do your homework. It is now plain to me, they charge you according to how stupid or rich you may look.

I will never do business with these rorters again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Neat, professional and cost effective. It really doesn't get much better around the hills district than RamSpeed Automotive. Andrew and the team run a great little business there and I could not recommend them highly enough. From initial booking of my first appointment, I was very impressed. We initially received confirmation email of our booking, followed by SMS reminder a day before. At this point I thought that they were just like any decent corporate dealer, organised with marketing down pat, but more pleasant and personal touch surprises kept coming. I couldn’t organise my pickup on the day, so Ramspeed staff member took me to a local train station (and later picked me up after the job well done). My invoice was clear and offered VIP discount based on a promotion they ran, which initially brought me to Ramspeed. I also was surprised to receive few freebies (engine clean and AC refresh). All was done on time and on budget. Cannot recommend Ramspeed Automotive highly enough. Thank you, I’ll be back 

We recently bought a BMW 320d and the AC compressor needed to be replaced. The guys at Ramspeed did a really good job. It was fixed in 1.5 days and the AC was up and running smoothly. Parking is available and the mechanic who fixed the BMW also specialised in European cars. Would definitely recommend their service to anyone, particularly those who own a BMW or european car.

Initially impressed by the good looking website & professional phone manner but after my experience I couldn't possibly recommend Ramspeed. Took a Mercedes to them for a pre-purchase inspection and they told me they checked it over and it's all good. I bought the vehicle but driving it away there seemed to be a big problem. Got a second opinion from a specialist who told me that anyone who said this Merc was in good condition either didn't look at it, or if they did. Ouch. Tried to negotiate a solution with Ramspeed. They initially accepted responsibility and offered to buy the vehicle from me but now they're saying they didn't even do a pre-purchase inspection and that they're not taking any responsibility. They're happy to take your money but if there's a problem that they don't want to deal with or accept any responsibility for... good luck! DON"T USE THESE PEOPLE!

I have been a customer of ramspeed for over 3 years. Throughout that time, guys have always looks after two of my cars and I have nothing to be unhappy about. The shop is always full of modern cars which is a testimony to the range of skills available for European car enthusiasts in western Sydney. I have been approached by ramspeed to express my feelings about the business publicly. I run a business and know that silent and satisfied majority often don't take the time to say how pleased we are with service. I did not get cash for comments :)

I'm not the one to talk mediocre businesses but the team at Ramspeed have created something very unique in the Sydney's Hills district. For starts I was greeted by a clean and well-mannered workshop manager who actually knows cars, not just bills. My BMW was looked at before entering the workshop and all of the imperfection marked on a form for me to see and sign. There was a sense of urgency and understanding of my specific service requirements. The very quirky, but practical courtesy Mercedes A class was a bonus even at their nominal rent out charge which included tolls. Car was finished on time and as per quote. Im a fan.
