We did not have a favourable experience at Ramen King. The service was poor, at times rude, and they got our order wrong with no attempt to make amends. The food quality was disappointing too. I could not recommend this restaurant for these reasons.

We had the same experienced with that restaurant , I never go back there again,very poor customer service ,clearly they need a better chef as well,I walk off from that restaurant with my stomach still empty ,because I didn't eat the food.

Worst service I've had in any restaurant and I'm comparing with similar Chinese restaurants. Waitress got the order wrong and then refuse to change order insisting I ordered incorrectly. She literally told me off that I have to live with the wrong order. I would normally let it slide but my egg allergy means I can't eat the noodles they gave me incorrectly. Only when I insist on talking to the manager did she walk off in a huff and later came back saying order will be fixed. There is no apology just a curt you'll get your noodle and walked off. Generally all the staff there is unwilling to help or is friendly. This is one restaurant that made me feel like I'm not appreciated as a paying customer. I certainly have had better noodles. Definitely not returning.

I agree with you, worst food ever,what's on the menu is not exactly the one they are going serve to the customer,I didn't eat the food.I give it back,but no refund and no apology,how disgusting very poor customer service..
