Very busy raman place! I like sussex food count, all the food here are really nice! I like the Tokyo (Shoyu) Ramen, A soy based soup topped with black fungus, 1/2 egg, beansprouts. shallots, thick slices of pork, lots of bamboo shoots and dried seaweed sheets. I don't like the bamboo shoots and egg, but the pork is very nicely cooked with equal amount of fat and meat that melted in the mouth!

Great value and tasty dishes from the ramen shop in this food court. The soup is made from chicken and pork bones which provide a rich consistency and robust flavour. The care and attention in putting the dish together can be seen in the toppings which come with the ramen. The shio ramen ordered comes with pork, bamboo shoots, egg, shallots, bean sprouts, seaweed and black fungus and it is particularly the bamboo shoots and black fungus which stand out. Crunchy bamboo shoots and the slightly spicy and slippery black fungus provide additional texture and adventure to the noodles. The fatty pork has a slight sweetness to its flavour and the noodles are of a slightly stickier consistency which complements well the with soup.

The option of an free extra serve of noodles adds even more value to this dish which can be redeemed by showing the receipt to the lady at the counter.

With a diverse menu and different ramen combinations, there will be plenty of returns to this food court restaurant/

Approximate cost: $10.50
