Rainshield Roofing are the kind of company i'd be happy to recommend. I've never had any roofing experience, didn't know the terminology and was very cautious as to not get ripped off.

Couldn't be happier with the overall result! The people i dealt with were helpful, they explained what was and was not wrong with my roof. The price was reasonable, work started and finished in minimal time. The cleanup afterwards was also quick and painless!

Initial sales/quote experience smooth (talking) and easy. Then the work began. So far they have been a total headache to deal with, leaving mess all over the yard, staff dodgily flogging our second hand roofing materials to 3rd parties (and leaving them ALL over our yard for an extended period of time when they should have gone into the skip we paid for), contractors causing minor damage to parts of the house and our clothes line, newly installed pipes leaking when the job was supposed to be done, 'off the books' quotes for extra stuff by the smarmy yesman that they used to supplicate us at each complaint we had. There is more but I won't go on. How hard is it guys? Just fix the roof, don't mess up our place, and do it at least vaguely within the agreed upon time frames. Poor, poor effort.
