DO not use R&H Glenroy they are terrible. Very hard to recommend a service when there is zero service provided. Body Corp fees are paid by all owners and we received zero customer service. They don’t even have the courtesy to acknowledge payments with an email receipt. Something is seriously wrong with this business. Owner just counting their & simply doesn’t care. Stay away.

Spent nearly 2 weeks in the office looking at houses to inspect and found Olivia from front house reception very helpful and welcoming. Upon applying for a Rental property that got approved within days I received a phonecall from Sibel telling me that I have been approved she was so lovely and accommodating to deal with and made sure I was very clear and understood everything because this was my first rental property. I also met Nina aswell and she was also so lovely and pleasant. Thank you so much to everyone from Glenroy agency for helping me not only get a house but making the process that much easier. I highly recommend Raine and Horne Glenroy.Thank you so much again.

Definitely do not recommend glenroy office.
They are lazy and don’t keep to their customer care standards as they promote.

Would not reccommend. Never held meetings, never answers calls, always 'out to lunch'. Never answers emails. Discussed companies that he had engaged to do work on the property and came up with stories about the company's shortcomings to explain delays, referred to recent phone conversations with the company. However upon ringing that company, i was told they had never received any job request for years and no recent contact made.

Pathetic. Unprofessional. Unethical. And about to be sacked as o.c managers. Absolutely incompetent and dishonest. If anyone out there uses these guys as oc managers make sure you insist on having the accounts audited and certified. Our oc balance sheet is $13k short. That means they can't produce invoices for apparent works completed. Not happy Jan!!!!!!!!!!

I would highly recommend them as Owners Corp mgrs. great service from Anthony the Manager and especially his assistant Bronwyn who always answered our calls and emails and attended to all our requests in an efficient and professional manner. We did change from Mark who was our manager but was useless and gave them a second chance which we are glad that we did.

didn't want to give me all my deposit even though I left the house spotless. bad service wouldn't recommend it to anyone they don't want to give you your deposit back

I have no idea how these people are still in business. Shocking service, receptionist is very rude, even when I went to pay body corp fee's, it was almost too much for her to stape the reciept to the bill, she huffed and puffed. Body corp manager did not look after properties as he was meant to. One of the sales staff was very cocky and inspired me not to use there services, to sell my home.
