Purchased a computer, returned it for warranty, took more than a month to return as they sent it to another store about 300 kms away, then they truck broke down and it was stuck in the truck for several days and we finally had to go to headquarters to pick it up to know we would get it back. Did ask for some compensation and they did give us a voucher.

I started coming here, and using Mount Barker Radio Rentals, when my own local Radio Rentels was too bad to keep using!
For the first 12 months, I dealt with the same person. He was amazing. As a small business, we put in orders frequently for multiple items at a time. I was offered top service, and a rewarding small discount for our continued support.
Unfortunately he now seems to no longer work there, and the person I dealt with last has terrible customer service skills. There was no incentive to go back again, so I will now seek another store. Very disappointing.

I have brought so many things from Radio rentals mount barker. T.v computer PlayStation, plasma etc.
They have great deals on interest free or rent to buy. or of coarse you can pay cash for items, if you do pay cash they give a genourous % off.
