Firstly i'd just like to say, that no matter which suburb you're in, Radio rentals always stuffs up, mostly when Direct debit. They don't ask you which date you'd like it to be taken out, they just take it. SO inconvienent. Appart from that, service is good, items are well priced, and they have the $1 buy out deal. It works out like a layby, but you're using the product as you pay.

I have always had great experiences with radio rentals. Friendly staff, quick delivery and very helpful delivery staff.

The customer service upon delivery was really bad, they didn't seem to know any of our details, ie, how much we have to pay fortnightly, the delivery man was rude, and didn't to his job properly. co-worker communication was really poor as the couldn't tell us what time delivery would be, and then they were late. it took 2 weeks for our appliances to be delivered, and even now, we dont know what date the payments come out fortnightly.
