I have always found the staff to be happy and helpful at this branch, they give you all the help and advice you need for the products you are inquiring about and are very helpful when it comes to assiting with claims.

The Staff at RAC Albany were really helpful when we visited the branch, they assisted us in organising our holiday and sightseeing. The Branch allows you to attend to any insurance policies that you have with the RAC and staff in the branch are genuinely interested to help you.
