I am a small business owner with a little coffee shop and i find it hard to understand what i need to do for my tax, R. Barel & Associates friendly team not only helped make things easy to manage but have delivered such a complete service that i was able to fire my bookkeeper who i never realized was charging me way to much. I would definitely recommend R. Barel & Associates to anyone who has a small business.

This is the most unprofessional business I have probably ever (sadly) given my money to. When I called and asked about my options for payment and filing because I was going to file on my own, I immediately got yelled at. Yelled. The secretary had to take the phone away. Since then, I've been promised emails that never seem to come, and they never follow up with a phone call explanation. Each time, their tone is unprofessional, aggressive, fast and loud. I've been hung up on twice. I've been told on the phone that when I pay (I was never late on my payment) I will receive my tax return. I paid when I said I would, and I still have not received my tax return. I've been told I will not get it. Even though it is not lodged through them. I highly advise you NOT to go here. It's horrible.
