I had a problem with my garage so heard from friends of mine that quick lift doors is the best hands down so i had to see myself from the first minute they second i spoke the the ladie in the office to book the job in i felt a warm comfortable feeling i knew then my friend was right two days later a young man called mark attends and he was very informative on what we need to do to maintain my door I'll definitely recommended this company to everyone that needs repairs on there garagedoor

I needed a repair on an automatic garage door and were charging a service fee of 120$ and didn't quote any cost per hour and arbitrarily set their price based on the type of job depending on the judgment of the electrician. My first complaint is that the electrician called out helped himself to drinks that were in the garage. While the cost of a drink is nothing, the fact that they are so unprofessional is a negative. The repairer also managed to dislodge the button from the door controller while fixing it, leaving me only able to open the door by remote rather than pressing to close the door as I leave the garage. By the time I realised this, the repairer had already left. I called the manager who flatly denied any wrongdoing on the part of the company and said that if I wanted it fixed I'd have to pay another call out fee. Again, unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour. Overall a very negative experience.
