Excellent and quick service, up to date dvds, and happy to replace damaged dvds free of charge,so easy to use from the internet, keeping your queue up to date and getting a quick response for any enquirys or complaints. I would recommend to anyone who can't afford to buy dvds or who prefer not to.

This is a great service if you can afford it. Unfortunately movie availability is low and this can be very annoying. Probably a must for movie fanatics like myself.

I enjoy being able to rent DVD's online without the need to visit stores and wait in line, also I no longer have to wait for the DVD to be returned. I pay no more than I normally would and postage is paid for by Quickflix as well. I also got a free trial period with no deposit, wow...

the dvds were good checking out what you wanted from your computer and having them sent to you with a prepaid envelope is great it saves you money. the cost isnt to bad i guess

I won't use quickflix again. Despite requesting and confirming cancellation, they continue to deduct money from my account and I had a hassle receiving the refund. poor communication. I think bigpond is better value

Quickflix is an online DVD rental site. At the start, they allow you to have a free trial which is great because it allows you to understand their system. They post the DVD to you and then you post it back in a Reply Paid envelope which they give you.

I started with a 2 month free trial, giving me the opportunity to REALLY see what they are like before joining. The customer service was quick, friendly and genuinely helpful. The range was large and there was always something I wanted to see that was available.

Signed up for a free trial, then they signed me up for 1 month which I coudlnt cancel, then signed me up for a 2nd month saying i cancelled 1 day too late. Didnt even try give money back, suggested I just get the dvd's since im already paying for them. Poor customer service.

excellent range of dvds...sometimes dvds are unavailable for long periods of time...i have had 3 dvds arrive snapped or unable to be watched...they were great when a dvd was lost in the mail

I've been getting 4 DVDs a month for 6 months now and the company has never made a mistake with my orders. They are quick and have a wide selection to choose from. They always enclose a self addressed stamped return envelope which is most convenient. Loved my initial free trial too.
