One star purely for the length of waiting time when you have an appointment. Always an hour wait at least for the doctor to see you when you have already made an appointment. Always a full waiting room and barely any doctors working. Never coming back to this clinic. There are 2 other ones a couple of steps away. I’d rather go anywhere else.

I like being told waiting times and be able to come back. The receptionists are great. Adele a psychologist is excellent. The doctors are professional and polite. On the downside it is always busy so unless you have shopping to do, be prepared for a long wait- take book to read

Amazing Receptionists, warming and welcoming uplifting smiles upon arrival, keep it up receptionists, little detailing's like that make me so happy to be living in Australia. Would like the doctors to take a little more time with patients, i felt rushed, couldn't get a question in without being interrupted or shut down with a quick answer, with [Redacted name] (not sure if I spelt his name properly), coughing all over his desk while I sat infront of him in discomfort, basic hygiene wasn't taken into consideration. Reason why I wanted to see this specific Doctor was simply because I read reviews saying how awesome he was and how great his service was, hope this hiccup was a one off. Had to do a few X-Rays with Christine today, she was extremely nice to me today, talking to me heaps (I love talking by the way), very bubbly time I spent with her, made me feel very comfortable whilst sitting there half naked, big thumbs up to Christine. overall experience 6/10.

We have been going to this Medical Centre for 16 years and our family have a very good relationship with a couple of the doctors.
They are open 7 days with extended hours, bulk bill and its wait your turn, no appointments and i find this suits us best cause when your sick you want to see the doctor on the day and not book an appointment for another day. The wait time sometimes can be long but thats cause very few places bulk bill, wont see new patients or arnt open.
New suburbs have popped up everwhere but i havnt seen medical centres to service these.
I tell my kids dont complain if you have to wait, be grateful you get to see a doctor on the day you need to and at no extra cost. By the way they have xray, pathology and a nurse available.

Queen medical centre is a walk in clinic that is always jam packed full of people waiting, because there is no appointments you can wait hours and hours to be seen, l only lived 5 minutes walk away so would go in and leave my medicare card and come back later, the staff will tell you how long of a wait there is, so l always found this much easier than sitting in the clinic waiting to be seen.

Good service, like that you can get x-rays on the premises. Quite a long wait, but to be expected in a medical centre. They do not book appointments, just walk in and get in line.

This was my lifesaver when my daughter was sick. They were open late and I was able to go straight in for an appointment. I recommend to use this as plan b if you can't see your regular Gp.

We use this medial centre because it bulk bills and there are not a lot of doctors that do. Its open until 10pm most nights and I have foudn 3 doctors there that I like. Its pretty impersonal - they don't remember you from one visit to the next, but once you find a doctor that you like there its good. They take blood for blood tests there, they have an xray part and they also have a stop smoking clinic and a sun cancer check.
