Professional kind staff who are specialists in their field of phlebotomy (taking blood). Waiting times can vary. Expect long delays first thing in the mornings (busiest times). Other times are not so bad as it is only a small centre. It is very hygienic and clean. Opening times vary but generally open in the daytime on week days only.
