this place has always gone out of there way to make me feel cofatable ,i am very scared of needles and the lady there has always been kind ,held my had at times and has also done the same for my veryu frightened children ,if im gunna let anyone steal my blood(lol ) i will always go here as they go out of there way to reasure you that you will be ok

Took my daughter there for her first ever blood test. She was really scared, however the staff ensured she had an excellent first experience. Made her feel safe and secure and explained what was going to happen so she didn't receive any nasty surprise
