Love this place! I do my eyelash extensions all the time. I trust Chloe, who works there 100 %. She always meets me with a great smile and makes me feel confident and relaxed about the procedure. She adapted to my personal preferences and I never leave disappointed! My friend is also a regular client of this place after noticing my confidence with my eye make up.

This is a place I could not speak more highly of. When I walk into the salon I feel instantly relaxed. I have been indulging in treatments at this place for more than a year now and I can honestly say that I have never experienced such quality in service from any other salon. They are great value also. I would definitely recommend QED to anyone.

It was the products that first won me over- The shake to activate deep pore scrub is wonderful and still the only cleanser that can remove zinc-based sunscreens without irritation.
The Jojoba Everywhere Balm is absolute gold and makes a brilliant gift too.
The treatments are great and the girls like Chloe and Jules never fail to make you feel gorgeous.

The facials and massages are professional, relaxing and done with the utmost care. The beauty therapist I have always used at QED is wonderful and makes it a special time.The products used are excellent and gentle on the skin.

I have been using QED products for a number of years and love how the way they feel on my skin, they way they make my skin look, that i can choose the sent of the products and that they have been custom made by Shosh. Its that feeling that the products have been made by real people for real people and not mass produced like many other brands.

I use all of their face and body products as they don't dry your skin, smell amazing and you notice the improvement in the look and feel within a few days, the products are reasonably priced for customised skincare and you get points for every purchase which add up to vouchers/free products which is fantastic.

I have recently tried one of their treatment - a series of 5 AHA peels and have been pleasantly surprised with the results! prior to the peels I was having breakouts and my skin tone was uneven.. this is no longer a problem and i would recommend for anyone to go and try them. I haven't tried any of their other treatments and hope to in the future as I'm sure they are just as good.

I first went to QED with a Scoopon voucher for a massage, exfoliation and facial. My therapist Danka was excellent and it was one of the best massages I have ever had. That was back in 2010 and I have been going to QED ever since.

I have totally converted to their all natural products. I currently use:
Wrinkle Rewind Eye Cream
Summer Day Cream
Wrinkle Rewind Cleanser
Shake-to-activate exfoliator
Rosewater and Aloe skin refresher
Wrinkle Rewind Rosehip Oil serum
Cucumber Refreshing Shower Gel
Sweet Almond Exfoliating Body Polish
AHA Papaya Peel (in salon)

and their absolute best product, the Jojoba Everywhere Balm in my favourite scent, Margarita! You can scent almost any of their products with a signature scent. Margarita is the best.

None of QED's products have any sodium laurel sulfate in them, which is in most soaps, shower gels and shampoo, and I find it very drying on my skin.

I gave all my relatives and friends Everywhere Balm for Christmas and they loved it. My mum has particularly sensitive skin and finds it excellent.

I also get eyelash extensions here done by Chloe. Chloe is amazing and has a very steady hand. I love my extensions! I think they are very reasonably priced compared to some salons. QED offers a full set of silk eyelashes with non-toxic adhesive for $100.00 and an infill for $60.00. I go once every three weeks for an infill but could stretch it to once a month if I had to. I get so many comments on my lashes and I haven't used or bought mascara for months!

Jules is also really knowledgeable about make up and I have bought the Eve Perez Vanilla Highlight cream from QED.

I have also had the Keratosis Pilaris treatment for bumpy arms. I now have bought the products to do at home myself, but nothing beats someone else doing it for you.

On top of all this, every time you spend at QED you get credit towards future product purchases, and you don't have to present a card, it's all on the computer.

There is only one slight, slight thing I don't like about QED is that some of their facial moisturiser products are in tubs. I prefer pump packs or tubes so there's no chance of contamination from fingers.

Shosh and her girls are fantastic. I am moving out of the area but will continue to go to QED for all my pampering needs! They are knowledgeable about skin and have solutions that don't cost the earth. For your reference, I am 33 years old with dry to very dry skin. I highly recommend trying out QED with the Heaven for 2 hours package for $140.00. It will be the best $140 you ever spent!
