I personally do not recommend ordering online for books that have limited stock. It had been way past the dispatch date and I was still waiting. I emailed them to request a refund but it seems they don’t really respond to emails.

However, upon calling them, a lovely lady picked up almost immediately and was able to help with my refund. So I recommend calling instead of emailing for inquiries.

QBD have a large selection of books on their online store with much variety to choose from. I really like their discount section where you can pick up popular books for low prices. The only small issue i have is the waiting time of shipping but its not to bad to be honest. all and all this place is great

Placed an order for 4 books on 12/4/2013. It stated they were all in stock. Checked online 23/4/13 and order was still "processing". Emailed my complaint and 6 hours later 1/2 my order has finally been dispatched. 2 of the items are still "processing" yet still available and instock both online and in the stores.

DON'T BOTHER ORDERING ONLINE FROM QBD. It's faster to buy from overseas eg. Fishpond or the book depository. How it takes 11 days to locate 2 "instock" products and dispatch is baffling! - even worse I am still waiting for the other 2 to be dispatched. I went in to my nearest QBD and spoke to the manager. Thier service is so much better, they even offered to let their state manager know!

QBD have a large selection of books available through their online store. I particularly like their book clearance sections of the website and have purchased many bargain books. Overall they tend to be a little bit cheaper than the other main online bookshops but you really need to compare other websites to make sure you are getting the best price. Postage is cheap, fast and very efficient service!

I recently ordered a book online and was so impressed with the price - normally around $32 but I got it for $9.99 plus free postage. I received the book very quickly and the quality is great. Their customer service is great also.

Who doesn't love QBD! I love this only bookstore because it is so easy to find the books you love and they have great member deals. Since they are so well managed online, you can easily buy a last minute birthday present by selecting the book or just a gift voucher (which can be redeemed online!)

I have always shopped at QBD and found them great huge selection of books able to order what ever you need in a timely manner, good prices, awesome sales. Then the do the ultimate and bring a superior online service that is easy to use, fast and efficient.
