Nathan helped us refinance our house as our lock in period had transpired. Not only did he keep us informed of each step throughout the process, he also went above and beyond to get things done and check in with us along the way.

He even informed us of an offer that had come up AFTER we lodged our initial application because it would benefit us more - and we eventually went with that. I dare say most others would consider it sold once the application has been lodged and leave it be, and I haven't seen any others who would willingly interrupt the ongoing process and go through more trouble for the benefit of his customers.

Nathan helped us refinance a renovation and we were amazed as to how well he kept us in the loop through the whole process of the application to successfully obtain the finances. He also helped us through the thought process when we had plans to buy a property over East, recommending us in the end not to go ahead with it, which was more in our best interest than his, which showed his great integrity.
