Mildura shop does not understand customer service. The item that i wanted to purchase was damaged. Then they went to rectify it and damaged it further. The manager did not bother to move from behind the counter. Very disappointed. I am not sure what they could not figure out...They had a customer ready to purchase an item for $$$$ and they let me walk out of the shop without the item.

The Store Manager at Provincial Home Living's South Wharf store is fantastic. I needed to change an item quickly and couldn't get to the store in business hours. She opened earlier so that I could make the exchange. Easy parking.
