Top notch service and best optical range in north shore. The team really took their time with choosing the right frames for me. Brilliant. I would recommend Paul and his team any day. Very efficient and great turnaround.

The best optical store in Sydney. I visited and purchased in their both stores in Chatswood and Pitt Street. They have amazing frame selection, and more importantly top notch service. Highly recommend them to anyone on the market for specs.

If you're after any of following, this place is a highly recommended place for your optical needs:
- high quality but expensive brand glasses
- kind and helpful staff
- skilled optometrist

They tend to be slightly more expensive than other places but they give great (I mean GREAT) after service so I think it's worth it. They were lenient enough to fix my glasses for free even though it was 3 months over its warranty period.

The store is clean and the people are friendly, I give this place 4/5 only because they tend to only stock expensive glasses.

Let me first comment on their optimists. Knowledgeable and friendly. I've had an issue with a near by store and decided to see these guys. They were very helpful. I know they're genuine about helping you because my brother had issues with his eye lashes, they took close to 1 hour examining him. He used to go there every 2 weeks to get his eye lashes plucked out. ( lol I know, it is funny to this day)

They offer high quality, well known (possibly premium) brands of specs. Most of them are latest trends, comes with standard warranty.

I docked 1 star because compared to the Pitt street store they seem to have slightly less ranges of latest frames.

Price, they're not exactly cheap. My brother for example picked up a Ferrari, costed him close to 900 dollars.

I think mine cost at around 500. My specs usually cost more than others, but I usually find em at around $400.

So yes they're a bit pricy. But other than that, they're quite awesome in every aspect, and I mean it.
