I recently purchased an investment property through Amit, the owner of Propertify Me. I was apprehensive at the start of the process because this was my first time using a buyer’s agent. However, being time-poor and unarmed with the knowledge required to make a sound investment decision, I took a plunge of faith in Amit.

He guided me through the entire process and showed me a few properties based on his strategic planning until we narrowed it to the one I liked. Then he negotiated the deal without me having to get involved at all. This saved me the hassle of stressful toing and froing with the real estate agent.

He also organised the building and pest inspection and for a few tradies to provide quotes on some works that were required post-settlement. Prior to settlement, he had also organised & negotiated a property manager, who got into action immediately after settlement. As a result, the property was leased out in just over a fortnight. He organised a conveyancer and also communicated with the conveyancer on my behalf. Again, all this was done without my involvement. And believe me, I haven’t physically seen the property yet. My involvement was only limited to the final signatures on all the documents.

His knowledge about the market was a real winner. He provided a detailed report of the location, rental yields, vacancy rates and other relevant information that was useful in my decision-making. Moreover, I was not required to pay all the fees upfront, which gave me confidence. The majority of the fees was only payable upon settlement, i.e. only if I liked a property.
