There is room for plenty of improvement here....no happy with the level of people skills received...lack of. Lateness in submitting important tax documents and then receiving a late penalty from the ATO. Seems to have disagreements with staff and thinks that they are lying. I give one good thing, if we where ever audited, we would be covered because Hitler would have been very thorough in finding any thing not legitimate.
