Heng, his family and staff are excellent. They have taken over a Mountain's tradition and have restored the shop to the pride it was when run by Sam. Chickens are tasty, chips just excellent and the Sweet Potato Scallops are hard to resist. Usually plenty of parking and are highly recommended. Give them a go!!!

This is the best place to get a tasty BBQ chicken. They are the best around. Also the hot chips are crunchy and delicious. I highly recommend this shop.

Professors charcoal chicken makes pretty good chips and decent burgers. The charcoal chicken is a bit on the expensive side though.

We go to Professors for a basic burger when we are on a budget. The chips and charcoal chicken are quite good. The staff are quite polite. They sell a variety of other stuff that I want to try. In summary, it is pretty good take away.

I have been going here since i was a little girl! Sam is a lovely man, and all his staff are enthusiastic and charming! Definitely recommended if you are after a quick delicious takeaway meal!

The best charcoal chicken in the Blue Mountains (probably the west). Always friendly service from Sam and his staff. Fish and burgers are just as good as his chickens too. He provides a catering service as well, though I've never used that. Fresh salads and hot vegies are better than any other take away I've had.
