Don’t use this company! They are so unprofessional. They were replacing a glass panel with a dog door and they smashed the screen during the first install and left glass shards in my house. The office staff communication was so poor throughout the process. On the second visit, the guy made some rude comments and then left the job unfinished so I had to get another person to come out and finish. The manager seems to not care about good business or making me feel at ease.

They call themselves PROFESSIONAL but they are not even close to target. I ordered a shower screen and not only they COULD NOT MANAGE to do it but also crack my current shower sliding door ( one of them)
At the end they said that they can not do it. I wonder why are the in the business.
Very poor management all l can say.

Recently had a showerscreen installed by this company. The service was fantastic. The quote was highly competitive and the showerscreen looks great! The two glaziers that came out to install were such friendly nice men.

I asked for a quote that was $150 more than the others. I told them I will want to go ahead, but I wanted a quote on two little windows first so I can get them all done at the same time.
The price for these windows was $240 each more than the other quote so I sent an email, noting there prices are way to high. And I wont be purchasing any. A staff member rang me a week later, stating my screen was ready. I informed him I had cancelled as the prices were to high. The company rings and leaves a rude msg on voicemail. Why are they still in business

After a recent break-in, my insurance company organised this business to fix our broken window. Two hours is all it took for the glazier to arrive & the window was fixed quickly. He cleaned away all the broken glass & even fixed up the window lock. Very friendly, efficient service & I'd definately use them again.
