I was really happy with the service. The owner 'Wayne', was able to come the very next day and arrived promptly (such a rare thing with tradespeople). He also fixed one of my broken duct pipes whilst he was there. I also needed some vent filter material - which he didn't have on him, but with he delivered pretty much the next day.
