Went to Pro-tek today looking to have some work done, as it was a little after hours got simply told that they were closed and nothing further but a blank look. Pro-tek must have too much business. Perfect example of poor customer service.

Left My BMW 525i with these guys. I Got the Car back before i expected it to be ready. These guys are so efficient, clean, professional and honest mechanics which are so hard to find. Really recommend them for any car needs.

Left my car there to get the aircon fixed. When I went to pick up the car, I found coolant on my bonnet which had been dripping from another car. No one had attempted to wipe or wash it off at all. I now have long marks down my bonnet from the coolant and the paint has been eaten off. My aircon still doesn't work.
