Avoid this place new name Concierge Wash. Charged $100 - broke my keychain & left my seats soaking wet.Dirty

It's not recommended. The advertised $40 for pro wash and i'm student get $5 off but they said $45 before discount. My interior was so dirty like they didn't touch it. NEVER EVER COME BACK!!!

Biggest regret of my life leaving my car with these people! Damaged car and no one taking responsibility! Do not use!!

They refused to wash my car for the $30 price advertised and said I would need the full wax wash for $90. I don't have a issue wit that but they it the week prior.
Bit of a con

Absolutely rubbish work unprofessional and may have damaged my SUV front of the car may hit something when driving the car to the actual shop downstairs. Small cut/tear on the plastic may have hit something and they polished that area with oily chemical. Also inside was not clean it was hard to inspect the car after wash due to poor light conditions.

Finally, they parked my car after wash and forgot to put the toe break. Once I arrived home I realised everything I have mentioned above and made a phone to them so they told me bring the car tomorrow and they will clean it for me again.

Terrible experience with my car wash today. Hair and dust all inside my car after the was and vacuum. When I told them this, instead of vacuuming it again for me, the worker said I'd have to pay 150 for a detail. Will not recommend.

I went (actually three times to be sure it wasnt a bad day) depending on what product you've purchased depends on what you get - so your led to believe. Its the same thing - quick soap, water wash down and wipe even though you pay extra - car left with streaks and poor vacuum - i felt ripped off. No wounder what you get promised never makes it to the guys who do the work only a small bit of paper saying how much to charge.

It doesnt look much because it aint much. Its clear its just a quick money making scheme for these guys as apposed to providing a service.

After taking my dog to Goulburn for the day, I decided to get the car cleaned. The guy said to remove the dog hair from the floor was going to take an EXTRA hour and cost EXTRA $50. To remove dog lick marks from the front passengers side window was also EXTRA $50 and EXTRA hour.

So to remove dog hair and lick marks costs an EXTRA $100 and EXTRA 2 hours ..... so that's 3 hours and $190 to wash my car. Clearly Pro Carwash where not honest, and where trying to con me.

I left and went somewhere else....do the same - go elsewhere

Expect a hard sell. I drove in on a whim wanting a quick wash and vacuum. Yes my car was dirty on the outside but it was just regular dirt from not having been washed for a few weeks, nothing more. Immediately they tried to pressure me into a $90 wash and wax. I told them I didn't want to spend that much money this time, I just wanted the wash and vacuum. They said my car was too dirty and the only thing they could do to clean it was the wash and wax service. My car was not that dirty! I finally had to say that if they couldn't do a wash and vacuum I would have to leave. The guy's tone became quite belligerent, and he grudgingly agreed to do the wash and vacuum when he realized he was just about to lose a customer. They did do a good job, but the attitude was very off putting. I paid $40 which seems fair for a compact SUV.

Big dissapointment. Paid $120. alot of area untouched and really bad interior clean.
Don't bother paying anymore than $50.
He talked me into paying more as they would do a full leather clean but was total BS. So many dirty spots left in interior and dash.
Wont be going back.
