Trying to have a social life on a budget can be quite challenging. In our quest for nice food that is reasonably price we came across the prince albert $5 SCHNITZEL night. awesome!! You get a reasonable sized portion, well made, tasted nice and a real bargain. the pub itself is really nice, the staff are friendly and the service we received was great

A hidden gem in Adelaide's CBD. While only a small pub, the service was good, the meals really good (vegie tart and kangaroo) and it wasn't too noisy or busy on a Thursday evening. A pleasant find.

Have been here twice recently for dinner and both times service was excellent - once we were going to eat elsewhere but for various reasons turned up here (a large group on a Friday night) and they were able to seat us quickly, in a lovely private room no less, and provided excellent service. The decor has obviously been re-done lately and is very good. The food was a bit pricey but of better than average pub quality.

I have only been here once but I really enjoyed it and will definitely be back. I shared a cheese platter and it was to die for. Really good quality cheeses and fresh fruit. Prices and service was amazing. Atmosphere and music was perfect. It's a great place to catch up with friends as the music isn't too loud. Plenty of space outdoors and a warm fire inside.

Great food! No need to say more! The staff are always friendly and the publican is more than ready to do that something extra to make sure you are satisfied. Cocktails on the balcony are a great way to go if you have a group of up to 40 friends to enjoy the ambiance of the quiet end of town!
