I think the Doctors are fine, but the weekend reception woman Meaghan is extremely rude and has no idea of customer service or how to treat people. I was at the clinic three times last week, she was on each time and was rude each time. When asking for my details, she wasnt even paying attention, too busy talking to a DR, ( which is fine, but dont ask unless you are ready to hear). I purposely left the last 3 digits off my phone number and gave my incorrect address. she didnt pick up on it. Apart from that, the Dr's are good, and it's so handy having Pathology and Xray there as well.

Most of the doctors are ok. However, they tend to rush you out of the room in 5 minutes and don't give you a chance to ask them questions! The waiting room areas are absolutely disguisting! The chairs are soiled and dirty. The waiting time is extremely long, usually more than an hour on most days. There are no appointments, therefore you have to wait no matter what, if you need a simple prescription or if you are dying you have to wait.

This is my local doctor. The doctors are all very professional and friendly. If you go at peak times the wait can be over an hour but the service they provide is very good.

My son was treated for an emergency requiring stitches in the chin. We were directed to a nurses station, where a nurse assessed him and covered the wound. He was seen by a doctor within 10 minutes and had stitches put in.

The attending nurse was fantastic with my 3 year old and I was pleased he was seen so quickly. Originally, I took him to the emergency dept at the W'bee hospital. They told us we had a long wait ahead and THEY suggested we try the plaza medical centre. I'm glad they did because the centre was great & we were trated & back home within the hour.

Open 7 days. No appt necessary. They can also do xrays on site.
