This is my normal doctors to go to because they are open until 10pm and are easy to get an appointment with. I've seen 3 different doctors and a nurse. The three doctors have been rude and pretty much push you out of the door. The nurse was lovely.

I had just moved to Bendigo and had not yet found a GP, and this clinic was recommended to me. It was easy to make an appointment and the wait time was minimal, but once I got in to see the doctor I was horrified. My partner came in with me, and from the minute I introduced her as my partner, the doctor got a look of distaste and then raced through the appointment whilst being rude and horrible. I have NEVER been to a more homophobic doctor and I am DISGUSTED by the attitude, especially seeing as it's linked to the public hospital!

Brought my son here when we had no other option with our regular doctor and didn't want to wait for hours at the hospital. We were able to book in straight away and yes we waited for about half an hour, but the doctor gave us the medication needed and was nice too. They also bulk bill, will use them again if i have too

Primary Care clinic is a good last resort for if you need to see a doctor that day and cannot get in to your regular doctor. Appointments are very brief and doctors push patients through quite quickly as they have so many patients to see. They open a lot earlier than other clinics and stay open after regular business hours.

Clinic is clean and friendly but find doctors are on the move too often. Feel consultations aren't thorough enough but adequate. Bookings are too limited and if one is ill cannot wait for days to see doctor. Good thing is that they bulk bill.
