Absolutely terrible customer service!

I had an item I purchased just 2 months ago that was clearly faulty. I bought it back to this store (where I had purchased it from) with the receipt - for help. The staff member/Neha refused to do anything as "it was outside the 30 day change of mind period".

I advised it was not a change of mind and showed her how the product was faulty and the receipt showing I bought it just 2 months ago from their store. She agreed it was faulty and again said there was nothing they would do as it's over 30 days.

The product is covered under Australian Consumer Rights, and a resolution should have been provided by Priceline:
