Advised I needed to replace a wheel. They arranged to service it the next day along with the Bluetooth service. Took car in and was told later in the day they neglected to get a type for it, would have to continue to drive on non regular spare. Was also told Bluetooth comes from England and only recognized upper crust English accent. The manager was unhelp and nasty when a complaint was made.
Third time problems have been had with this vehicle and this dealership.
Customer service is non existent, tried to say I had nothing to do with the car as a way of getting out of their errors. Car is leased and I am authorized driver.
